Chhattisgarh state of India came into existence on November 1, 2000. Mother tongue of Chhattisgarh is Chattisgarhi.There are 18 districts (initially there was 15 districts) in the state.

GAIL (Gas Authority of India Ltd.) ET Exam Pattern

GAIL in its notification has given following pattern of written exam for Executive Trainees:

Paper-1: Subject Knowledge Test - 100 questions.

Paper-2: General Aptitude Test - 50 questions.

While Subject Knowledge Test
would be specific to your own branch/discipline, General Aptitude Test
would be common to all. These 150 Objective type questions are to be
answered within two hours duration.

There is negative marking - 1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
As you can see, you have to give special emphasis on the Subject Test,
as it has twice the marks of Aptitude Test. Following the GAIL ET
written exam, the short listed candidates would be called for
GD/Interview.

Based on candidate experience:
150 questions in 2 hrs

Test Consists of Two Sections:
1.) Technical i.e.
2.) Aptitude (Eng., Logical Reasoning, G.K., etc.)

1.) Technical:-

    It consists of 100 ques.
    In this time's paper, most of the question were based on tecnhical subjects,

2.)Aptitude:-

    This section was really very easy!!!
    A basic knowledge of mathematical formulas will help to solve all the aptitude questions!!!
